Unfortunately, due to the delicate and handmade nature of the pieces, returns are not accepted. However, please get in touch if you're unhappy with your purchase and we'll do everything we can to sort it out.

Please note: all orders within the UK will be sent using second class signed for post.

Your order may need to be signed for upon receipt.

International orders are not sent tracked unless this postage method is selected. For international orders we HIGHLY RECOMMEND selecting a tracked option to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

We are not responsible for any losses or damage by the postal service, and will be unable to follow any losses up with the postal service. 

All of our products are sent within 3 business days. We obtain proof of postage with each purchase as well as a tracking number where applicable, and we aren't responsible for any items lost in the post.

For orders going to the EU, we ship via standard delivery. Please allow 7-9 days for your item to arrive.

Any other international orders are shipped via standard airmail, and delivery time can take anywhere from 5 days to 5 weeks depending on your location. We are not responsible for any customs charges or for customs withholding parcels.
