Perfect Supplier is a B2B platform designed to help businesses discover, evaluate, and connect with reliable suppliers. The website needed to clearly communicate credibility, efficiency, and trust while simplifying a complex procurement process for a business-focused audience.

• Clearly explains Perfect Supplier’s value proposition

• Builds trust with B2B decision-makers

• Presents a scalable UI system for future growth

• Positions the platform as reliable, structured, and easy to use

My Role

I led the website UX, UI, and visual design, focusing exclusively on design (no development or implementation).

Responsibilities included:

• Information architecture and page structure

• UX flows and content hierarchy

• UI design and visual system

• Reusable components and layout patterns

Design Process

​

1. Understanding the Problem

​

Supplier discovery and vetting can feel fragmented and opaque. The website needed to quickly answer:

• What is Perfect Supplier?

• Who is it for?

• How does it reduce risk and save time?

This informed a content-first approach focused on clarity and credibility.

2. UX & Structure

• Designed a logical page flow that guides users from value proposition → features → trust signals → next steps

• Structured content to support quick scanning by busy business users

• Prioritized readability and hierarchy to reduce cognitive load

3. Visual Design

• Established a clean, professional visual language aligned with B2B SaaS expectations

• Used restrained color, strong typography, and consistent spacing to reinforce trust

• Designed UI components such as cards, tables, forms, and CTAs for clarity and reuse

4. Design System

• Created a modular set of UI components to ensure consistency across pages

• Designed with scalability in mind, allowing new pages and features to be added without visual drift

Outcome

The final website design presents Perfect Supplier as a credible, modern procurement platform. The UI and visual system clearly communicate the product’s value while providing a strong foundation for future development and expansion.
