Social Media & Email Campaign Case Study

Overview

Juniper is a medically guided weight-loss programme that combines science-backed treatment with personalised support. The goal of this campaign was to communicate a complex healthcare offering in a way that felt clear, empowering, and visually distinctive across social media and email.

The Challenge

Weight-loss marketing often relies on messaging around willpower and discipline. Juniper wanted to challenge that narrative by highlighting the biological factors that influence weight management, while maintaining trust, credibility, and strong conversion potential.

Creative Approach

The campaign was built around a simple but powerful message:

"Abnehmen scheitert selten an Disziplin. Es ist Biologie."
(Weight loss rarely fails because of discipline. It's biology.)

Using elegant typography, Juniper’s distinctive colour palette, botanical-inspired illustrations, and optimistic lifestyle photography, we created a flexible visual system that balanced scientific credibility with warmth and approachability.

The design system was adapted across paid and organic social posts, Stories, Reel covers, and email headers, ensuring a consistent brand presence across every touchpoint.

Outcome

The result was a cohesive multi-channel campaign that reframed weight loss through the lens of biology rather than personal failure. The creative system provided Juniper with a scalable toolkit that strengthened brand recognition while communicating its evidence-based approach in a clear and engaging way.
