GRAPHICS & UX/UI Project Brief – Wundertask

Project Goal

Create a cohesive digital presence and visual identity for Wundertask, a productivity and task-planning app designed to help users organize their lives intuitively with features like calendars, lists, habits, live feeds, and time-bucket planning.

My Role

I was responsible for UI and visual design for both the app and its accompanying website. This included:

• App UX & visual design (defining user flows, layouts)

• Website UX design (structuring content and navigation for potential users to easily understand Wundertask’s value)

• Website visual design (creating visual assets, layouts, and stylistic elements that reflect the app’s functionality and brand personality)

• Logo, icons & illustrations (designing custom visual elements to support brand identity and improve usability)

• Marketing visuals & social graphics (supporting promotional efforts with consistent, engaging visuals).

• Focused on clarity and simplicity, ensuring both the website and app designs aligned with the core mission of simplifying life planning. 

• Designed user flows that showcase key app features (task management, time buckets, habits, feeds) in a way that’s easy to explore visually. 

• Developed a visual language that balances clean productivity UI with approachable aesthetics, reinforcing trust and usability for both new and returning users.

Outcome

The result is a visually cohesive experience where users can appreciate Wundertask’s intuitive productivity tools online before engaging with the app itself, helping bridge awareness and adoption through strong digital design.
